The Cube theory

The Cube Theory is my symbolical glance on classic employment, where work can be made by machine.

The first day at work

Worker: 'I'm first day at work. What can I do?'

Supervisor: 'Here are the cubes. Build the tower from them.'

The worker is thinking how simple job he gets. It is like a simple game. He will not be mentally exhausting and he will be happy. Worker start thinking why so many people don't like their job. Life is so easy. The job is so easy.

Four hours later

W: 'Can I get the various shapes of these cubes? I would like to build different types of tower.'

S: 'No. Here are basic cubes. Build from them the simple tower.'

After one year

W: 'I would like to build some castle or all towns with cubes!' exclaimed enthusiastically. Town form the cubes can be quite interesting.

S: 'No. Build just a simple tower.'

Five years later

The worker's soul is deep in sorrow. Now, last few years, he understands why his colleagues feel so bad.

For the whole 5 years he did not create anything. He didn't grow up of knowledge. What he is only able to do is a build simple tower of cubes...
